WashU SenNet team had a blast at the first face to face SenNet meeting in Rockville near Washington, DC. Alla presented our center’s update and everybody learned a great deal about the science behind senescent cells.

single cell PDAC paper is out in Nature Genetics

Welcome our new open access Nature Genetics paper. Dr. Cui Zhou, Dr. Jayasinghe, Dr. Chen and others analyzed spatial heterogeneity of driver events in PDAC, traced transitional cell populations and identified microenvironment cooperation in untreated and chemo-resistant pancreatic cancer. Talented artist Jessica Johnson created a stunning candidate cover image. Too bad it was not selected! WashU news also talked about this high impact paper.

Hooding ceremony 2022

After a long Covid break Steven, Wen-wei and Yige finally attended the graduation ceremony at WashU. Exciting get-together!

Yige received her PhD on April 20th 2022

Huge congrats to Dr. Yige Wu! Well deserved! Yige is going to stay for couple months as a postdoc to finish her projects. P.S. more pics to come

Ding Lab @ AACR 2022

Thirteen grad students and postdocs represented our lab at the annual AACR 2022 meeting in New Orleans. We are grateful to all opportunities this meeting provides and to Li for supporting us in this endeavor!
